    I was totally satisfied with my actual purchase and speed of receiving the goods. However, I got into difficulty when I was on my own for the delivery, so had nobody to help bring the washing machine up a few steps to my door. The two burly delivery men refused to assist saying I should have paid the extra £50 for this service before hand.
