    From placing the order,( excellent customer service dealings as I had a problem with my computor) to being able to have a Saturday delivey at no extra cost. It was very quick and easy to place & receive the order for a Tumble Dryer.The Co-op had provided a 3hr slot for delivery & it was Bank Holiday weekend, but the delivery was earlier than the expected, but fortunately I was home.     Ordered toshiba television,received telephone call on day of delivery to inform me van had broken down,and delivery would be the following day at same time.as i had taken time off not very happy.television was a good price and i would use the store again,although i do have some resevations about the contractors they use for deliveries.     Excellent store.
    Gave 1.5 hour time slot and were spot on on time. Delivery guys were really careful with items and delivered undamaged (unlike recent deliveries from other companies).
    Well priced. Easy ordering. Polite customer services.

    Unbeatable price and delivery. Ordered Panasonic combination microwave and grill at 12.45pm Monday, which was delivered 09.15am the following day. Good communication via e-mails [confirmation order received and order delivery time/carrier within 15 minutes of placing order, with a further e-mail at 4.59pm to confirm order picked and ready for depatch!]

    I ordered a Saumsung TV from the Co-op on Thursday eve (13/3/08), item was in stock and was delivered Tuesday morning as promised. Best of all they delivered it to work saving me a day's leave.     Great service - from the ordering to the all-important delivery (which was free). Was given a 3 delivery window the day before delivery was due to be made and my goods came right on time.     Good price for item. Good availability.
    Delivered ontime, but unfortunately item damaged, and taken back by the delivery team. what I would say is if you can get an item into your house undamaged then all is well; however the delivery service seems to be contracted out, and I guess that the co-op then has less control over what happens after they sell you the product. would I go through this again...
