    Use this store at your own risk. We ordered a dyson on the 30/03/2008 and we received an email informing us that delivery would take place in 2-4 days. The money was taken on the 31/03/2008. Eight days later we rang to see why it had not been delivered and they informed us that no order existed on the system and we would have to re-order.     The goods were ordered on 31st Jan and the following day I had a query about my address for payment. I emailed back but had no response. I emailed again a few days later but again no response. I telephoned almost daily but could not get through. I emailed again on 4th Feb and then left a message on 5th and still no goods and no reply.
